93 INTERNATIONAL IHS | www.ihs.com MERGED DIGITAL WIRELINE LOGS IHS takes the raw wireline curves from the operator and checks them for completeness against the hardcopy data. Any missing data is identified and digitized from the log images. The data is then merged at the casing shoe points and edited to remove first reading and casing effects to produce a reliable, standardized composite suite of digital wireline logs. The data is available in the UK and Ireland and the Former Soviet Union. The depth corrected and correlated data is delivered in industry standard LAS format that can be immediately loaded into the full range of industry interpretation software packages including IHS Kingdom® and IHS Petra. Recent Enhancements · In 2013 IHS, added or reworked 286 new UK offshore wells in the 125-128 releases and 55 onshore wells CPI derived from the wireline Log data in the UKCS
